Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps
Rovatti self-priming pumps are suitable for pumping clear, sandy and slightly muddy waters in applications including:

Features
A small expansion chamber is built in the pump body allowing the separation of the air-water mixture while priming.  The suction of the pump is equipped with an incorporated non-return valve preventing the pump from emptying, once it is stopped.

The multi-blade open impellers allow the flow even of solid particles (diameter 6-25mm).
Mechanical seal with wear-resistant faces ensures a long pump life.
In the standard versions all casted parts are made of high quality fine grain grey cast-iron.
MEA series - Monobloc with electric motor
  • Directly coupled to an electric motor and supplied as a monobloc unit.  
  • The pump shaft is an extension of the motor shaft and is supported by oil less ball bearings.
  • The electric motor is closed and externally ventilated, with IP55 protection, insulation class F, and complies with IEC norms.

 

MEA Series
TA series - Tractor PTO Pumps with Gearbox
  • Driven through cardan shaft.
  • The pump is connected to the gearbox, and helicoidal gears (available with various ratios) are supported by oil lubricated ball bearings.
  • Water circulation cooling system provides greater safety and longer life of the overgear mechanical parts.

TA Series
SA series - With support for operating through Engine and/or Electric Motor
  • Can be driven either by electric motor of flanged engine.
  • Coupling is made through elastic joint and, on some models, through a pulley.
  • The pump is mounted on a sturdy support lodging the shaft and the oil bath ball bearings (that support axial and radial thrusts, if any).

 

SA Series
FA & FLA series - For Flanged Coupling to engines equipped with SAE housing or with special flanges
  • Driven only by flanged engine.
  • Direct coupling can be made to engines with both SAE and special flanges.
  • The pump is closed-coupled to the engine and forms a monobloc.  This allows an easy installation and a perfect and long-lasting alignment.
  • The pump is supplied with the shaft fitted for rigid connection to the engine flywheel.
