'Spider' Series
Effluent Irrigators

The 'Spider' series of travelling irrigators has been designed and manufactured to provide a superior end result for effluent spray disposal systems. The expansion chamber in the main rotor eliminates the power loss associated with water type irrigators with all their tees and sockets. The conical nozzle design minimizes power loss and blockages associated with the 'petrol cap' type nozzles. The power tips give the irrigator greater spread, without the need to increase the rotor width. The progressive action of the power cam provides a smooth driving action, with low power requirements, without the maintenance and expense associated with gearbox driven irrigators. The low power losses achieved leaves ample power to pull the drag hose.

Designed for trouble free, low maintenance operation for the spreading of effluent on small to medium sized farms.

'Spider Deluxe'
Designed to meet the needs of larger herds and high volume wash down systems. Also available in stainless steel for corrosive effluents.

'Super Spider'
Designed to handle large quantities of effluent or water pumped from various pump types. The special feature of the 'Super Spider' is the large rotating gland with triple neoprene seals and totally enclosed precision bearings.
