& Temperature Switchgauges |

The OPL series
Pressure SWICHGAUGE® instruments are combination pressure
indicating gauges with adjustable low and high limit
switches. Limit switches can be wired directly to electric
pilot circuits to operate alarms, shutdown or start/stop of
engines and electric motors. |
OPLFC
Pressure Gauge (above centre)
4½" switchgauge with hi-lo contacts, panel mounted,
insulated return (0-20 bar) (0-300psi)
OPLFC-D
Pressure Gauge (above left)
4½" switchgauge as per OPLFC but the Diaphragm for use in
dirty water applications.
OPLC-DPCO
Pressure Gauge (above right)
Monitors pump discharge pressure and signals throttle controller
to adjust engine speed to meet demand.
Start/Run change-over switch ensures throttle is 'idle' when
engine is started.
Works in conjunction with AT03069 throttle controller. |
|

|
PD8183
Pulsation Damper
Pump pulsations which destroy geared movements on any pressure
gauge should be dampened out. It is recommended a pulsation
damper be used in conjunction with the OPLFC switchgauges.
¼" NPT connections. |
|

|
20P
Pressure Gauge
0-100psi 2" switchgauge with
front contact (0-7 bar) |
|

|
Pressure
Switchgauges with adjustable hi-lo contacts.
20PHLK - (2") 0-200psi (0-14 bar)
20PHLK - (2") 0-300psi
(0-20 bar)
A25PHLK - (2½") 0-14 bar |
| Temperature
switchgauges operate on the same principle as the pressure
switchgauges and can be used to monitor and control water
temperature. |
|

|
20T
Water or Oil Temp Switchgauge
With front contact, 2m capillary and ½" NPT adapter
bushing. Temperature range 50-120°C.
(Longer capillary lengths and different sized adapters available) |

| Engine
Shut-Down |
|

|
RP75
12v Rack Puller with 1.2m cable
Specifically designed for stationary diesel engines. When a
switchgauge detects a dangerous condition in an engine a magnetic
switch is tripped, the mechanism is de-energised and pulls the
fuel rack of the injection pump to a 'stop' or 'no fuel' position
or to trip the air intake latch to a 'no air' position.
Manually reset. |
|

|
RP Solenoid (12v
DC)
RP2309B 1½"
(38mm)
stroke
Working on the same principle as above but electrically 'set' when
the engine is started. They should be installed by a
qualified electrician. |
|

Solenoid Valves - SV12
12v & SV24
24v
The Murphy solenoid valve cuts off the fuel supply when the
current is switched off by a magnetic switch 518APH. |
| Timers (Movement
only) |
  |
12TM - 12 hour timer
24TM - 24 hour timer
15TM - 15 minute timer
TM4594 Hours Run Counter,
12-28v DC |
|
Magnetic Switches
|
|

|
518APH 12v & 24v
Standard shutdown magnetic switch can be connected to any number
of switchgauges or normally open switches. |
MS2110
Magnetic Switch
Has dry contacts that can be used to make two circuits and break
another when tripped. Operates from 12 or 24v DC or 24vAC. |
|
Throttle Controller |
|

|
AT03069
Automatically controls the engine speed according to the systems
needs and requirements, therefore, reducing running costs and
engine wear and tear.
Typically used to maintain pump pressure when using more than one
irrigator.
Dual voltage - may be used with 12v/14v systems.
Should be used with OPLC-DPCO switchgauge (top left) |
| Pressure Relief
Valve |
 |
PRV70
Relieves over-pressure in a fuel system usually caused by closing
of a solenoid valve. ¼" NPT threaded connections.
Opening Pressure 10psi - Fully Opened 70 psi.
Maximum Static Pressure 150psi
