Boom irrigation not only reduces working costs but also offers a number of other advantages:

RM booms are designed for "one man, one tractor" operation and can be transported between irrigation runs connected to the hose reel irrigator without folding the arms.

Robust galvanized steel, Mounted on 3 wheel galvanized trolley with adjustable wheel centres of up to 4 metres straddles two bed widths.

Five models available:  RM20, RM30, RM40, RM50 self-levelling irrigation boom with 360^o rotation. and the new RM14 (Fixed without rotation) - with effective irrigation widths from 14 - 60 metres.

Similar in design and specification to the above Galvanized Steel boom but constructed from strengthened aluminium.  Hydraulic controls are used to set the height of boom arms for irrigation between 1.5 and 3 metres, with hydraulic opening/closing of boom arms as standard.
