  • 25mm (1") PVC capping to trap the overlap of the liner on to the 12mm capping
  • Straining wire and strainer to secure liner
  • M10 x 20mm plated bolts, nuts and washers
  • Holding down brackets and fixing bolts to secure the tank to the base

Tank Covers
Galvanised Steel

Manufactured using galvanised steel sheets, this steel sectional roof complete with an access hatch and ball valve cover offers a secure safe solution as well as being aesthetically pleasing.  The galvanised steel cover is designed and manufactured to comply with BS5950, BS5502 and CP.3 chapter 5 regarding wind and snow loadings.
Anti-Algae

Manufactured using a 200 gm/m² woven polypropylene supplied with securing straps and a centre pole where necessary.  The Anti-Algae cover gives excellent UV protection preventing algae growth, protection from wind borne debris and allows rainwater to permeate through.  Please note that this cover is not designed to withstand high winds or snow and should be removed when these conditions are forecast.
PVC Roof
A heavy duty tailored reinforced PVC supplied with eyelets, polypropylene guy ropes to secure it to the tank and a support structure appropriate to the height of the tank.  The PVC cover is a cost effective cover which prevents the growth of algae.
Floating Cover

Woven Polypropylene - tailored cover supplied with integral PVC pipe to aid buoyancy.  This type of cover is suitable for sizes up to 24.69m (81') so presents an option for preventing algae growth on very large tanks.
Floating Cover
PVC - manufactured from inflated PVC this cover offers a cost effective solution to the problem of algae growth.
Tank Liners
Butyl Rubber

Butyl rubber liners have excellent flexibility, low temperature characteristics and UV stability.   Ideal for all irrigation water applications as well as reverse osmosis water and some grey water applications.

A drinking water quality (WRc) approved butyl rubber is available - designated the 'DWQ' liner.

PVC

Manufactured in 0.75mm thickness, the PVC liner is fish and plant compatible and is recommended where a high dosage of chlorine exists.  Not suitable for drinking water but ideal for irrigation water.
GreenSeal

This new range of liners looks identical to Butyl but surprisingly it Costs Less, has Superior Physical Properties and can be used on a 4-ring high tank in 0.75mm thickness.  Benefits against Butyl are higher UV stability, superior strength and greater tolerance to extreme weather conditions.
Coloured Steel Tank Kits (Green)
We are now able to offer tanks in coated steel with a textured finish.  The thick Armacor coating compliments the already durable galvanised steel with an even better than normal corrosion resistance, making it ideal for areas of high humidity and salt spray.
In addition Armacor has excellent scratch, abrasion and UV resistance and will prolong the normal life of a corrugated steel tank.  The standard colour is green (BS12B27), so now steel tanks will blend into the surrounding countryside.
Tank Enclosures
Steel Enclosure for securely enclosing all inlet pipework which can then be insulated.  Stop cock can also be located at the base of enclosure.  The enclosure is located on the side of the tank.
