JDSM Monitoring

  • Automatic engine pump unit monitoring and remote control system with SMS Text Message notification direct to your mobile phone.
  • Reports up to eight user definable shut-down messages including:
· Low Flow
· High Press
· Low Press
· Hi Temp
· Oil Pres		 Low Pump Flow
High Pump Pressure
Low Pump Pressure
High Engine Temperature
Low Engine Oil Pressure
  • Additional information provided includes:
· User defined unit identification (up to 16 characters)
· Operational status (stopped, starting or running)
· Time and date the message is sent
  • Operational status can be checked at any time by simply calling the JDSM and waiting for the return SMS text message.
  • The engine pump unit can easily be shut-down remotely from the operator's mobile phone.
  • Alternatively a second relay can be connected to a by-pass valve allowing water to return to its source so that the pump unit can continue running, whilst pipes and irrigation equipment in the field are repositioned, without the operator having to physically travel to restart the pump unit.
  • Two versions are available:
Standard

 

 Provides real value for money in that it can be connected to a suitable 'off the shelf' mobile phone, which is then available for use as a normal mobile phone whether connected to the JDSM or not (NB waterproof/security enclosure not included)
Deluxe
 Includes a permanently built-in GSM transceiver which provides the convenience of a fully waterproof single unit that does not require a bulky enclosure for additional security.
  • Both models are fully compatible with Javelin's existing JSM ancillary equipment (flow switches, pressure switchgauges, engine temperature and oil pressure switches, etc.) making upgrading extremely cost effective and can easily be adapted to most other systems.

Automatic Priming and Engine Starting/Stopping with Shut-Down Notification by SMS Text Message

Automatically primes and starts your diesel engine pump unit from your mobile phone, an SMS text message can be requested to confirm by return.

Reports operational status on request by SMS test message (stopped/starting/running)

Sends SMS text message on shut-down reporting unit identification and time/date message was sent

Only requires a suitable GSM SIM card

  • Automatic unit includes Deluxe JDSM, Auto primer, Murphy EMS, Throttle Controllers, pressure transducer, flow switch, engine speed sensor, oil pressure and engine temperature switches.
